How payment works
Payments are handled by Polar, our merchant of record: they charge your card, apply the right taxes and send you the invoice. You will receive a license key by email; paste it into the converter to activate it in that browser.
Questions
Does the pack expire? No. Use the 30 statements whenever you want.
How do I cancel Pro? Anytime from the customer portal. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
And SEPA XML files? Creating SEPA files with up to 10 payments is free, with no limit on the number of files. For larger files, each one uses a credit of the 30-pack, or they are unlimited with Pro.
What if it does not work with my bank? You can try it for free before paying. If it still does not work for you, write to us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you.
Are my statements uploaded when I pay? No. With or without a plan, the PDF is processed in your browser.
